Hull Substance Misuse Team, based within Citysafe, now addresses
substance misuse as a whole, in line with the latest drug strategy (Dec 2010).
- commissions a wider range of alcohol treatment
- continues to commission drug treatment in line with the recovery agenda
- is working to address the problems associated with all drug use, including new psychoactive substances and prescription drugs
- addresses offender health
- is responsible for young people’s substance misuse commissioning.
